Maddison Ostera is a Houston native and seventh-generation Texan with a strong background in the manufacturer representative industry. She graduated from Seven Lakes High School in Katy and went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Sam Houston State University.

Although her academic background is rooted in healthcare, Maddison built her career in the business world, where she combines analytical thinking with a customer-focused approach. Having grown up around the rep business, she developed an early understanding of the industry and has since expanded that foundation through hands-on experience across multiple areas of operations.

At Alliance, Maddison plays a key role in supporting purchasing, accounting, finance, and day-to-day operations. Her cross-functional involvement allows her to help drive efficiency, support customers and partners, and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Outside of work, Maddison is passionate about animal rescue and enjoys spending time with her dogs. She also stays active through volleyball, coaching, and enjoys cheering on the Houston Texans.
